  1. How can I pay for my flight/hotel booking through RealTime travel?  When you click on the payment button, you will be automatically and securely forwarded on your webpage to the RealTime payment system to take payment safely and securely.
 
  1. Can I change a flight date, time, route?  You can contact the call centre on +27 for any further booking changes.  Depending on airline and hotel rules, there may be additional fees to pay for changes.
 
  1. I have forgotten/lost my boarding pass, what should I do?  You do not need a boarding pass; just go to the airport with your reference number.  Your ticket is issued automatically and you check-in at the airport with the reference.
 
  1. Can I book a hotel/flight while out of the country?  Yes, you can use RealTime anywhere you can access the internet.
 
  1. What happens if I need to cancel my reservation? You can contact the call centre on +27 for any cancellations.  Depending on airline and hotel rules, there may be additional fees to pay for cancellations.
 
  1. How do I access my receipt after payment? Log into your RealTime account, under ‘Transactions’ click on the transaction details and download the receipt.
 
  1. How do I access my ticket after payment?  You will receive a confirmation message with details to your contact email address which you supplied during the booking process.
 
  1. How do I know my transaction is complete?   You will receive a notification for your transaction from RealTime on email and via text message confirming your transaction.
 
  1. What happens when my transaction is not complete? A transaction might be pending for several reasons. Contact Support for more information.
 
  1. Do I need to register when making a payment through RealTime? Registration provides you with a better user experience on RealTime.
 
  1. Am I charged for making payments through RealTime? For mobile payments, normal network charges apply. For Visa and MasterCard, there are no transaction charges.
